- Open the delivered order in the customer account via My orders.
- Select the desired item and quantity via "Return".
- State the reason for the return
- Specify the request for return processing (exchange, credit note,...).
- Submit
- We will contact you immediately for processing
- For easy EU processing, we will be happy to send you a return label,
- (Valid for certain EU countries only)
